Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates with a confirmation that registration has been paid in full.

VISA maybe required online or at the local/national Portuguese embassy or consulate.

Letters of invitation are available to participants upon written request to the congress secretariat.

‍Book your hotel

The EMGM 2023 will appoint an official housing agency for hotel reservations, transfers and excursions. The agency will select a number of hotels with negotiated rates, either close to the congress centre or in the city centre with easy access. Please note that May is peak season in Croatia. Strongly suggest you book your room in advance to save money and guarantee hotel availability.
